Hi Bill, I am assuming you need a nameplate with the screws.On ebay right now,item #160143456244,their are golf cart emblems for 5 dollars -buy it now.The are black with chrome lettering and fit fine on my 79 xs1100 standard. My local dealer claimed they could get the gold emblems,but at 75 dollars a pop I thought I would have better use for the 140 dollars. I ordered 2 from this seller,great to deal with,fast shipping.Good luck!
