If all they are is cracked and in poor cosmetic shape, consider treating that with Plastidip spray coating. The boots have a metal inner core, so it is very unlikely they have cracked anough to be leaking. More often, they leak where the boots attach to the head. A few minutes with a piece of gsket material and a pair of scissors and you can solve that problem. Plastidip them to make them look pretty and svae youself a lot of money.
