    seems like a good price for new mufflers. I'm set on my bike with mufflers and don't want to go thru that again, so I'm just passing along info to you guys.
    Frame: 79 XS1100S
    Engine: 81 XS1100S
    Carbs: 78-79 BS34

    Gf bike: 78 XS650S
    Carbs: 70-79 BS38

    Good input there Blank Slate, as there is still a few young newbies here that just don't get(or refuse) to run the needed muffs to get these ole' scoots to be tunable and run correctly. They'd be really surprised how happy these vacuum slide carbs REALLY work!
