Parting out a 1980 Yamaha XS 850 special. Looks like it had the cam chain skip, bent the valves, so engine is being parted out as well, highlights are: new petcocks, perfect shiney tank, 2 new Yamaha tank emblems,k/n filters (pod) on carbs, clean functional carbs, nice gauges, perfect seat, package of new front brake pads, new fork seals, decent stock used left and right handlbar controls, lots of other useable parts, if you need anything please use private message system or call 1 250 495 3445, no calls after 8pm pacific please, no pictures, thanx andreas

update
Upon further inspection the number #3 cylinder had a piston meltdown. Also noticed this bike has a nice aftermarket oil cooler on it that will fit on the xs1100 as well. Call me if you need any parts from it. Have not posted on the triple forum. 1 250 495 3445, thanx andreas -

Opened engine and and salvaged the following parts: altinater and alum cover, pickup coil assembly and alum cover, starter, cam chain adjuster, kicker internal assembly, middle drive assembly.
Broke bike down to basic parts and have the following parts for sale which will interchange with xs1100 special: front brake calipers, front brake master cylinder, rear brake master cylinder, rear brake caliper, middle drive assembly, rear shocks, left and right handlbar controls, ignition switch,oil cooler assembly
Rest of the parts are in pretty good condition if anybody needs anything for a 80 xs850 triple special model, thanx andreas 1 250 495 3445,Comment
