I aint shore waht I'm ridin yet but i hope to be there...My XJ has issues in the rain and the way things have been..i expect there will be some bad weather...so I may be on something much newer...after all its nearly 500 miles from Raleigh NC...my new home...can y'all say Damn Yankee?

Guys,
Im in.....I recently got my 1st xs 11(1978) as a cash bike... I previously owned a suzuki intruder.(4 yrs and 26 K miles).sold it in an emergency 3 yrs ago..very reluctantly..This Bike has amazed me with its power...Now im trying to get it ready for spring...tires, rebuild thepetcocks(have questions on that one,missing the vacuum diaphragm) carbs, valve adjustment and maybe repaint the tank side covers and seat border.I evidently got it from someone who didnt know what the bike was about..I didnt at the time..Anyways,I look forward to hanging out with you folks at this get together..
