Looks can be deceiving…

Looking at the controls on left and right handle bars, will the horn button work for the starter button? They look the same, and it looks like it should fit and work ... but as I said, looks can sometimes be deceiving.

Any advice would be a huge help.

The buttons are the same. You can switch them side to side, and they will work. A new button and spring is only about $6, or $12 for a pair.( I like things in pairs)
