got my new parts today to fix the axle bind issue, it ended up being the clutch meter and retainer, basically the 2 washers that hook into the speedo unit.
This was the first ride for me, 2 years so far in rebuilding the bike. First impression is wow it really is a torque monster! I'm just blown away that a 35 yr old bike can pull like my friends modern sport bike.
Onto the next repair of fork seals and oil, so happy that got to take her around a few miles
