No idea if anyone is interested but the discussions on oil coolers had me a might worried. The other day I ran a bit over 30 miles on the interstate, 75 mph., about 90 degree day. Pulled in the shop and stuck a thermometer in the oil fill hole. 195 degrees. Right at optimum oil temp. Most cars run hotter than this. Think I'll quit worrying about it. Now, how hot would it get after 30 minutes in heavy traffic? No idea, but I very seldom run in heavy traffic so won't likely get a chance to measure. Just thought I'd pass it along.
