Well, since the great state of S.C. wont let me title my 81 h model......I have purchased a new frame with a title and will begin the great swap over. What we do for our rides. So after another 250.00 I will finally get to put it on the road. Thanks S.C. dmv for the extra project this summer! So, if anyone in any state but S.C. needs a good special frame without a title, it will be for sale.
