always remember to add only distilled water in case you boil your battery dry. this will rehydrate the original electrolyte solution. when a battery is overcharged the water evaporates and sulfer clings to the battery plates. adding more electrolyte or battery acid will only double the concentration of sulfer in the solution and could lead to serious damage to the battery or you. also, as the prevous thread states do not overlook your battery cables or terminals. when they start to corrode it will play havoc on your electrical system especially if your ground is not grounding properly.
