I rebuilt my carbs on a 1979 XS100F and when I put it back together it leaks between carb 1 and 2 (The bike fired up excellent!). There is a fuel line nipple that connects the 2 carbs together. It is shaped like a "T". The other end is connected to the fuel line. The problem is that these parts have a rubber coating over the metal and the rubber like all the other rubber i've replaced is to hard not allowing a seal between the carbs... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
There are 4 connectors 2 between carb 1-2 and 2 between carb3-4
