Did this:
white wires from stator ..... .9 to 1. ohms meter set 20 ohms
brown to green 4.0 ohms
all connected, test lead wedged in back-side of connector
ignition on.....
brown wire close to 12 (11.62, I think)
green wire ........not quite 1 volt
engine running..............no change on green wire
This means I need a rectifier.......correct????
