anyone know why it would be making a rattleing noise when i try to start it. plus it grabs and slips and is not turing the motor over fast enough to fire. its a new starter and the gear it turns looks fine. i pulled the clutch cover off and the gear i could see seem fine but it even slips some with the kick starter. any ideas?
