Ok, so I have this on my ST, but you really could use it on any bike.
I got the tube here:

Hacked off the mounts, sealed a little breather hole that's below the upper mount and added high viz tape.
Inside I have my OEM kit, two large CDOT road flares and zipties with room to spare.
My only concern is how well those tube clamps will hold up in weather. at less than $2/pair, I don't mind having to replace. Will just keep an eye on them.
