Super Bright LEDS
Just swapped out the brake lights and the four tail lights on my Vetter trunk with replacement bulbs from Super Bright led's http://www.superbrightleds.com/ They were a plug and play swap. The seem to be as bright as as the original bulbs. The adavantage is much less power used. Before the switch at idle with the brake light on the turn signals would stop flashing. Now they keep going. Also when I apply the brakes there is no dimming of the other lights. Not sure how much I'm saving but it is noticeable.
