I'm helping a friend of mine try ti figure out why his bike is so insanily cold blooded. I have never seen a bike run so crappy when its cold. Smokes won't idle misses just plain run nasty. Till it runs for about 5 minutes then runs perfect. We pulled the carbs and both of them were clean. To my suprise I was guessing a plugged jet. Oh by the way its a 1981 kawasaki 440 b1. Its got a 2into1 header no baffle. And the stock air box and filter. I'm wondering if the carbs were jetted and should not have been. One jet is a #88 and one is a #65 both carbs are the same exact jetting. I can't seem to find and info on what the stock jets were for this bike. Does anybody know of a site I could find this info? Thanks
