Nice bike LenB, I was lucky enough to be able to outfit my bike with the Krauser bags. These Bestem liners fit pretty well and are good quality. https://www.bestemusa.com/K100K75-_c_1253.html

Hey 2WheelFun - thanks for the tip - those liners look real nice and not a bad price - maybe Santa will drop 'em down the chimney for me, if I'm a good boy.....

I just rode her last week and the Santa Ana winds with light rain plastered dust all over the place even under the bike cover so there's a lot of work cleaning and polishing.

It didn't start with it's normal one kick and it wouldn't idle after using the starter so I had to pull the carburetors.

The slides are all stuck closed, the inlet air jets are clogged and one's got that lovely separated alcohol green.

              Joy. Triple clean time!

LMAO! I love the kicker; it's a babe magnet! Okay. not really but there are no more worries about that frelling starter clutch slipping and the gators keep the steel fork tubes from getting pitted and destroyed.

Of course there are a few luxuries I added like the oil PRESSURE warning light to compliment the stock oil LEVEL warning from the XJ's computer display.

After a period of hiatus I am converting my XS11 from sidecar configuration back to solo. A bit of work left before it is ready to ride but looking forward to that day
