Hi everybody in XS-Land. Haven't been on the board in quite some time now. However, tomorrow (Wednesday) I'll know if I have the 97 Electra Glide I've been looking at or not.
If I do, I will most likely be selling the trusty ol 78 Standard, plus a lot of spare parts.
Just wanted to get this out there so some of you can kick around the idea of needing another one or not. I'll be offering the stuff to you all on the list first at good to great prices before anything goes on ebay.
My location is 50 miles south of Nashville TN and I'll be finalizing the decision tomorrow or Thursday.
As a matter of fact, I'll be selling some parts even if I don't buy the Glide.
Anybody want to buy a complete 79 Special engine that ran when it was removed from the frame about 3 1/2 years ago? Also frt/rr wheels, electrics, frame, driveshaft, (NO GAS TANK-already gone and in North Carolina!) etc...
Most parts are from the 79 special.
