Disabled Bike PA turnpike exit 343

[Eastcoaster]

I spotted a 78 or 79 standard on my way home white with red striping nice condition.
Had a white flag and no owner in site sitting on the shoulder of the exit. If its anyone on here or you know of the owner I can be there in 10 minutes with trailer in tow.
We can take it to my shop and get you back in business
