hi guys, boy has this site changed, works had me busy, all over the us, china, turkey, and so on, i like to never got back in here and sadly its to offer the members, a chance to get a project, or good parts bike, last tue moring during the rain wearing gear and rain suit helment , on a wet truck stop on ramp for the highway at about 40-45 mph, my rear tire decided to out run the front tire. well needless to say went for a good slide, knowing i was close to shoulder and the marker poles goin by i decided to take a chance and push off bike before snaggin one, well all worked well, bike sliding me sliding watching bike slip slide away, i stopped the bike went to side down in the ditch and dug in the mud flipped hard over, me well lucky just had to replace rain suit and jacket, helment notscratched.
as forbike,its an 80 "G", bike still runs, progressive shocks andsprings,barnetclutch, bout 1 light seasonon them, exhaust 2 yrs old, forget brand, 4 into to turn out tips, tires still great shape, have brand new spare rear i think , spare gaskets and seals, extra seat with new king queen cover, and also a seat marked for 79 xs1100, wouldnt fit, bike has had 2nd gr problem for one seaon, thought would offer to members here first before ebay, for repair mechanicaly to ride, new handle bars, gauge cluster, new clutch lever, and of course fairing and bags comesticaly, and ride away,,,,,, asking 500 firm,, i enjoyed the ride few years back with a few of you , but as said, works busy and no time to seach for treasures, so up dated to 89 venture royale, had a lot of help smiles reading here, and wish could had shared more rides with you, to contact me either johnj37@yahoo.com or cell leave message 847-370-5239, live in zion,il
