Who was that masked man

Yesterday while riding up by MT Rushmore i spied a very clean 80 MNS, i was going a bit fast to stop and head back i was wondering if anyone on here is the owner always looking to meet local owners . the bike has a leather fork bag on it and was parked by horse Thief lake.
