I bought this bike as a project in October of 2014 with no title. I had planned on hard tailing it and building a chopper, and doing a builders title. I've had The numbers run and there's nothing on it. The guy I bought it from had stripped it down, but had most of the parts. The middle drive was mangled so I replaced that. I bought a different tank for it since the original was rusty, I've got replacement petcocks, starter solenoid, spark plugs, I replaced the carb boots, and cleaned the carbs, and bought the manual. The wiring harness needs some work which intimidates the crap out of me. It did not have any of the lights, speedometer etc when I bought it, but did have original side covers, air box, even the original Yamaha tool kit.I've been laid off and haven't had a lot of funds, and now have a new job and don't have the time or motivation to work on it at this point. Just wanting to see if there is any body in the middle Tennessee area looking for a project or a relatively complete parts bike. I have some pics I can email of the bike and the parts. They're in my crawl space at the moment to spare room in the garage. Of no interest is shown I'll keep it there till I have the time and energy to mess with it I suppose.
