Up for sale is my 79 Special. Been in my family since new. It was in poor shape when I got it. I've done all the usual fixes: pickup wire, blade fuse box, new coil wires, and others. It has 26k miles. Good Dunlop 404s, newer clutch, SS front brakes lines. Good brake pads front and rear, lots of new gaskets, Mac 4-2 exhaust, National Cycle small fairing and a Vetter with mount, Yamaha sissy bar. Comes with lots of spare parts: rear drive, clutch, starter and other stuff. It's jetted perfectly and runs great. The only issue it has is a leaky valve stem seal on cylinder 1 or 2. If I don't start it for a couple of weeks it smokes for a minute. No smoke at all after that. It had 150 psi of compression when I last tested it. Need to get just $1400.00 for it. I'm in Land O Lakes FL.
