I'll add to this list as I'm putting the bike together and find more missing stuff.
SO far we have:
12 front brake rotor bolts
2 swing arm oil seals
2 swing arm collets (the spacers)
1 swing arm decorative cover. (I have 1 gold one, so I need 1 gold or 2 chrome)
I have a PM in to andreas, but time is of the essence. I'm off this week and getting this bike running must be done before I go back to work.
